We initially attempt collection through a series of letters and phone calls in adherence with the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and HIPPA. We do not recommend litigation unless we are sure we have a good address and known assets or income on a particular individual or company. Court costs may need to be advanced but they are reimbursed to clients as part of the case. We will bring a debtor to court if needed but make every effort to minimize any disruption to your practice or business this may cause. We are fully automated with a state of the art computer set-up and use the Judiciary Electronic Filing System to expedite our interactions with the court system.
